Orna: The GPS-RPG

Probably this time you’re quite surprised: our Game of the Week is not CRAZY popular everywhere in the world. But, isn’t Aptoide your store to discover new apps? YAS! Our title this time has a lot of potential to become your new favorite game. So keep reading, give it a chance and tell us what you think in our social media channels!

Is this a copy of Pokémon GO?

We don't think so. The fact that Pokémon GO was the first big hit in its kind doesn't mean that any GPS based game is a copy of it. Actually, the only similarity between these two games is the use of your GPS.

Orna is more a classic-style RPG (if you're a millennial you'll adore the graphics) that uses your real world to create an amazing adventure for you. While you move around (in the real world), you'll discover items, enemies and other players that you'll interact with. Fights are turn-based, but most of the fun will come by collecting items, completing challenges, and upgrading weapons.

Don't get lost with the GPS.

As you climb levels up, the game gets more complex, and you'll feel like you're getting more and more into it. At some point, you'll be able to learn complicated spells to attack your enemies as they deserve, and you'll be able to join a faction. There are four factions, and you can pick one when you reach level 10. Also, each one of them has a unique spell and look (I insist: we love the graphics).

The social component is also pretty amazing. You can form a party of 6 travelers to share experience gained from fights. For all of you who live in areas that are not too populated, don't you worry, non-player interactions are always there for you to carry on with the fun (and to keep climbing levels up!).

If you like mixing up the real world and the screen of your Android device, if you enjoy classic graphics and RPG games and, especially, if you want to be the one that introduces Orna into your group of friends…. Give it a try now!
