Need for Speed No Limits

If you like speed, nice rides, and underground scenarios, this is your week. Our game this time comes from a well-known studio, EA Games, and that’s why we’re talking about the cream of the crop in terms of graphics, controls, gameplay... Although we’re big fans of indie studios, we can only recognize that the big fish are experts on delivering well-polished games like Need for Speed: No limits, our new Game of the Week!

Need for Speed: No Limits is exactly what you are looking for in a racing game. Not much of a storyline, a lot of cars (in total there 30!), amazing races and high-quality controls. The cars that you’ll find here are real ones, like Subaru BRZ or Volkswagen Golf GTI, but they are very upgradable and customizable. You’ll earn parts when completing races so your collection of cars will evolve and get upgrades constantly. The graphics are amazingly real, and that’s expectable if we take into account that this game comes from the creators of Real Racing 3. There are a lot of details that could actually distract you when driving and we’ve noticed that some of these details are not as real as expected but, let’s be honest, the speeds you’ll reach on Need for Speed: No Limits are not real neither! Reflections, smoke.... even the way the lights behave are amazing, keep your eyes open!

With the controls, it’s a bit of the same as with the graphics. These are not the most real ones: you don’t even have an accelerator or brake pedals. This version of Need for Speed is quite simplistic in the controls department: tap left or right to turn, swipe up to boost, and swipe down to drift. The fact that the car is in full acceleration mode can limit our gaming experience sometimes, but it’s true that this simplistic approach makes the game quite easy and comfortable to play.

Need for Speed: No Limits is exactly what a casual player would expect from a racing game. Good graphics, lots of options to customize the rides, and quite simple controls. Give it a try now and let us know what you think on our social media channels now!
